- 300 grams of flour

- 2 tsp baking powder
- 70g butter
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 150ml milk

Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Then add the butter and knead the dough by hand into a crumbly mass. Then add milk, softening the dough quickly without kneading it.

Finally, roll out the dough into a 2 cm high dough and cut out about 16 scones.

Now you can place the scones on your baking tray, brush them with milk and put them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes (200 degrees).Tip: The scones taste best fresh!
