Product information "Mint Intense"
Just peppermint. It is the only component of our ORGANIC "Mint Intense" tea. It belongs to the mint family. Originally from the Mediterranean region. In the meantime, however, it is cultivated in all temperate regions of Europe and Asia. Especially here: South America, Asia, Spain and Germany. Our peppermint comes from Bavaria. Lots of lime and lots of nitrogen salts. Sun to semi-shade. She needs that. And she finds it there. On fields with light, humus-rich soil. First class quality harvested in late summer. Then the peppermint is dried quickly and gently, without sun.
