FAQ - PAYMENT and DELIVERY
All options for your order, payment and delivery.
We currently deliver within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom and France. In our online shop you can select the shop for your country before placing your order. If you would like to order our capsules outside of the specified countries, please contact us using our contact form and we will find a solution for you.
Our ordering processes are automated so that you receive your goods as quickly and inexpensively as possible. An order is therefore currently only possible via our online shop.
There is no minimum order quantity in our online shop.
Our organic coffee capsules and organic tea capsules are listed by the following retail partners:

A list of the partners who stock our organic coffee beans will follow shortly.
The organic coffee beans from My Coffee Cup are currently only available in Germany and Switzerland. We will inform you in good time about product launches in other markets.

Advance payments will only be canceled after 14 days without receipt of payment.
- Germany: 1 to 3 business days
- Austria: 1 to 3 business days
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1 to 3 business days
- United Kingdom: 3 to 4 business days
- France: 3 up to 4 working days
There is no minimum order quantity in our online shop. The shipping costs are 5.90 CHF. From an order value of 45 CHF there are no shipping costs.
Yes, you can specify a delivery address of your choice during the ordering process.
If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, you can return unopened goods to us free of charge within 14 days. Simply send an inquiry using our contact form.
After receipt of the goods, you will immediately receive your refund or replacement delivery. We recommend using the original package to send the return.
